- Duration of Service : – अग्निवीरों को नौसेना अधिनियम 1957 के तहत चार साल की अवधि के लिए भारतीय नौसेना में नामांकित किया जाएगा। “अग्निवीर एक अलग रैंक बनाएंगे, जो किसी भी अन्य मौजूदा रैंक से अलग होगा और भारतीय नौसेना में सबसे जूनियर रैंक होगा”। भारतीय नौसेना अग्निवीरों को चार साल की अनुबंध अवधि से अधिक बनाए रखने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है।
- Leave : – अग्निवीरों के लिए प्रति वर्ष 30 दिन की छुट्टी लागू होगी। इसके अतिरिक्त, बीमार छुट्टी सक्षम चिकित्सा प्राधिकारी की चिकित्सा सलाह के आधार पर लागू होगी।
- Pay, Allowances and Allied Benefits : – अग्निवीरों को एक निश्चित वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि के साथ प्रति माह 30,000 रुपये का पैकेज दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, जोखिम और कठिनाई, पोशाक और यात्रा भत्ते का भुगतान किया जाएगा।
- Seva Nidhi :- अग्निवीरों को एकमुश्त सेवा निधि पैकेज दिया जाएगा, जिसमें उनके मासिक योगदान के साथ-साथ उनकी सेवा की अवधि पूरी होने पर सरकार द्वारा समतुल्य योगदान भी शामिल होगा, जैसा कि नीचे बताया गया है:-

- Note: – ग्रेच्युटी और पेंशन लाभ की कोई पात्रता नहीं होगी।
- Life Insurance Cover : – अग्निवीरों को रुपये का गैर-अंशदायी जीवन बीमा कवर प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- Death Compensation : – सेवा के दौरान मृत्यु पर मृतक को 48 लाख रुपये के जीवन कवर के अलावा 44 लाख रुपये की एकमुश्त प्रीमियम राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।
- Candidate should be born between 01 Nov 2003–30 Apr 2007 (Both dates inclusive).
- भारत सरकार के शिक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड से गणित और भौतिकी के साथ 10+2 में न्यूनतम 50% अंकों के साथ उत्तीर्ण। या
- केंद्रीय, राज्य और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त पॉलिटेक्निक संस्थान से इंजीनियरिंग (मैकेनिकल / इलेक्ट्रिकल / ऑटोमोबाइल / कंप्यूटर साइंस / इंस्ट्रुमेंटेशन टेक्नोलॉजी / सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी) में कुल 50% अंकों के साथ तीन साल का डिप्लोमा कोर्स उत्तीर्ण। या
- केंद्रीय, राज्य और केंद्रशासित प्रदेश द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षा बोर्डों से गैर-व्यावसायिक विषय अर्थात भौतिकी और गणित के साथ कुल 50% अंकों के साथ दो साल का व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम उत्तीर्ण किया।
- ध्यान दे :- वे उम्मीदवार जो 12वीं कक्षा की बोर्ड परीक्षा में उपस्थित हुए हैं और परिणामों की घोषणा की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं, वे भी आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं, बशर्ते वे अन्य सभी पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हों। हालाँकि, ऐसे उम्मीदवारों का चयन केवल तभी किया जाएगा जब वे भर्ती प्रक्रिया के चरण II के दौरान मूल मार्कशीट प्रस्तुत करेंगे (मार्कशीट की इंटरनेट कॉपी स्वीकार्य नहीं है) साथ ही ऐसे उम्मीदवारों को कुल मिलाकर और साथ ही व्यक्तिगत विषयों में न्यूनतम निर्धारित अंक प्राप्त करने होंगे।

Those who aspire to serve in the Indian Navy as Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) or Matric Recruits (MR) may apply on or before May 27. SSR candidates post higher secondary education, and MR candidates, post post-matriculation, can join diverse fields.
On completion of four years of service, based on the organization’s requirements and policies promulgated by the Indian Navy, Agniveers will be offered an opportunity to apply for permanent enrolment in the Indian Navy.
