- Height for Male candidates: – न्यूनतम स्वीकार्य ऊंचाई 162 सेमी है।
- Height for Female candidates : – न्यूनतम स्वीकार्य ऊंचाई 152 सेमी है। उत्तर पूर्व या उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों के लिए, 147 सेमी की न्यूनतम ऊंचाई स्वीकार की जाएगी। लक्षद्वीप के उम्मीदवारों के मामले में, न्यूनतम ऊंचाई 150 सेमी होगी।
- Chest for Male candidates: – छाती की दीवार अच्छी तरह से अनुपातिक और अच्छी तरह से विकसित होनी चाहिए। न्यूनतम छाती की परिधि 77 सेमी और छाती का विस्तार कम से कम 05 सेमी होना चाहिए।
- Chestfor Female candidates: – छाती की दीवार 05 सेमी की न्यूनतम विस्तार सीमा के साथ अच्छी तरह से अनुपातिक और अच्छी तरह से विकसित होनी चाहिए।
- Weight :- IAF के लिए लागू ऊंचाई और उम्र के अनुपात में
सुनने की - Hearing : – उम्मीदवार की सुनने की क्षमता सामान्य होनी चाहिए यानी प्रत्येक कान से 6 मीटर की दूरी से की गई फुसफुसाहट को अलग-अलग सुनने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
- Dental : -स्वस्थ मसूड़े, दांतों का अच्छा सेट और न्यूनतम 14 डेंटल पॉइंट होने चाहिए।

- Note: – Agniveervayu will not be required to contribute to any Provident Fund of the Government.
- Note: –There shall be no entitlement to any gratuity and any kind of pensionary benefits
- Insurance, Death and Disability Compensation. Agniveervayu will be provided non-contributory Life Insurance
cover of Rs. 48 Lakhs for the duration of their engagement period as Agniveervayu in the Indian Air Force. Agniveervayu will not be governed by provisions contained in the Pension Regulations/ Rules for Indian Air Force. For details of Death/ Disability compensation log on to https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in. - Agniveer Skill Certificate. At the end of engagement period, a detailed Skill-Set Certificate will be provided to the Agniveervayu, highlighting the skills and level of competency acquired by the personnel during their engagement period.
- Not Entitled to the ESM Status. Personnel enrolled under this Scheme will not be eligible for Ex-Servicemen status after their discharge from the Service on completion of four years engagement.
- Agniveervayu will not be permitted to appear in any examination for commissioning in Army/Navy/IAF during the
engagement period of four years unless he/she has applied for said exam before getting enrolled. - Release at own request prior to completion of engagement period will not be permissible for Agniveervayu. However, in exceptional cases, personnel enrolled as Agniveervayu may be released, with approval of the Competent Authority.
- Candidate should be born between 02 Jan 2004–02 Jul 2007 (Both dates inclusive) are eligible to appear in the Recruitment Rally.
