Thorough exposure to various tools involved in the entire life cycle of Object Oriented and Web Applications, and hands-on experience in using the tools for design and development. Experience in participating and conducting technical reviews, mentoring team members, trouble shooting day-to-day issues faced by developers in the team and should have debugging skills in at least one IDE. Should be experienced in implementing SDLC phases and a service oriented mindset for application development is an advantage. Development experience in Java / J2EE, Web technologies, XML, JSP is a must.

4. User Interface Developer (1 Post)

Qualification & Experience: Regular Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science/Computer Applications from a recognized university – Regular courses only. Minimum 2 years in the IT industry and into application software development and implementation. Should have experience in development of Graphical User Interface tools, and hands-on experience in installation, configuration and usage knowledge of tools for development of UI. Development experience in Java / J2EE, Swing and / or any Web-site designer tool is a must. Prior experience in Open source based UI designing tools is a definitive advantage. Should be well versed with basic web page/layout designing skills and guidelines.

5. Manager: (1 Post)

Qualification & Experience: Regular Graduate with Diploma in secretarial practice/Diploma in office manager’s course with oral and written communication skills both in Kannada and English with computer knowledge and 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Team Lead/Manager.

6. Accountant (1Post)

Qualification and Experience: Regular B.com with accountancy and commerce as major subject well versed in latest tally version.
